OST Reader is a standalone and independent utility that allows its users to read orphan OST without converting it into PST and without using MS Outlook. An orphan OST file needs to be converted into PST to read with MS Outlook but not with OST Reader because it has designed with the motto to open OST without using MS Outlook.
